Gut & Grace 4 day Retreat

A women's retreat with Rachel Fobert and Paulina Wegrzyn. Join us for days of learning, movement and relaxation.

Having digestive issues is not your destiny, no matter how difficult it feels to shake the bloating, or coax the bowel movement to come out. 

Join Naturopathic Doctor Rachel Fobert and Physical Therapist Paulina Wegrzyn for a long weekend of learning and restoration. Through evidence-based strategies in an informal setting, we will teach you how to become a bit lighter, to let go of expectations, and to understand your body for what it is: a gloriously imperfect and wonderful thing. 

Paulina and Rachel will both lead three thirty minute to one hour yoga sessions which will focus on helping your pelvic floor and abdomen move freely. Paulina and Rachel will lead two thirty minute breathwork sessions to help regulate your vagus nerve and calm your nervous system. She will conduct a pelvic floor lecture and Q&A to help you understand how this bodily system relates to bloating or constipation.

Thursday

  • 4:00pm: Arrival 

  • 5:00pm - 5:30pm: Orientation

  • 5:30pm: Free Time 

  • 6:30pm - 7:30pm: Dinner 

  • 7:30pm - 8:30pm: Fireside Chat 

  • 9:00pm - 9:30pm: Yoga with Rachel (Yin Yoga) 

  • 9:30pm: Unwind + Relax

Friday 

  • 8:00am - 9:00am: Breakfast

  • 9:00am - 10:00am: Digestive Walk

  • 10:30am - 11:30am: Yoga class with Paulina (Connecting to Your Core + Pelvic Floor)

  • 12:00-1:00pm: Lunch

  • 1:00pm - 2:00pm: Lecture with Rachel (Your Gut-Mind-Brain Connection)

  • 2:00pm - 3:00pm: Nutrition Class with Rachel 

  • 3:00pm - 5:30pm: Free time for sauna, a hike, or general relaxation

  • 5:30pm - 7:00pm: High Tea // + herb lesson  

  • 7:00pm - 7:30pm: Breathwork with Paulina (Vagus Nerve Relaxation) 

  • 7:30 pm - 8:30pm: Fireside Chat 

  • 8:30pm: Unwind + Relax

Saturday 

  • 8:00am - 9:00am: Breakfast

  • 9:00am - 10:00am: Yoga class with Rachel (Title/Theme)

  • 10:00am - 12:00pm: Body Painting 

  • 12:00pm - 2:00pm: Lunch and Cooking Class with Chef ____

  • 2:00pm - 3:00pm: Lecture with Paulina (Bloating and Your Body) 

  • 3:00pm - 5:00pm: Free time for sauna, a hike, or general relaxation

  • 5:00pm - 5:30pm: Breathwork with Rachel (Title/Theme)

  • 5:30pm - 6:30pm: Free time

  • 6:30pm - 7:30pm: Dinner

  • 7:30pm - 8:30pm: Ask us Anything! With Paulina and Rachel 

  • 8:30pm - 9:30pm: Fireside Chat, Intention Setting 

  • 9:30pm - Unwind + Relax

Sunday 

  • 8:00am - 9:00am: Breakfast 

  • 9:00am - 9:30am: Yoga with Paulina (Yin Yoga)

  • 9:30am - 11:00am: Free Time/Packing Time Before Departure

  • 11:00am: Departure
