  • You can expect a weekend of levity, learning, and growth. We are committed to helping you gain awareness of how your central nervous system and gut interplay to help you with your digestion. We leave stuffiness at the door of a Gut and Grace weekend! Rachel and Paulina want to help you take control of your own health by teaching you tried and true strategies to manage the bloat. It’s not about perfection but about progress, and we want to help you take that first step towards improving your symptoms. 

  • Our menu has been designed to keep bloating and constipation in mind. For this reason, dairy will not be present on the menu. We will feature whole, balanced meals designed to help optimize your carb, protein, and fibre intake throughout the weekend. If you have any other dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance, and we will do our absolute best to accommodate these needs.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate partial availability. Our retreat is designed with community in mind, and without the whole weekend, we don’t think we can serve you the same experience. If you can’t make this retreat, we hope we will see you at the next one!

  • Yes! We do have a package option for those that live locally in Kelowna BC and choose to stay at their own homes in the evenings.

  • Gut and Grace is unable to offer payment or installment plans for payments at this time.
