Feast, Float & Flow 1-day Retreat

A women's retreat with Rachel Fobert and Paulina Wegrzyn. Join us for a day of learning, movement and relaxation, and of course good food.

Learning how to support your gut health has never looked so fun.

  1. You’re going to move with intention. Yoga bring the magic of settling the nervous system while also delivering you a way to practice managing your new connect to your core techniques you will be learning prior!

  2. You’re going to eat with new friends. We have a lovely catered meal planned that can accommodate food allergies and will reflect all of the gut supportive nutrition you will be learning prior!

  3. You’re going to learn neat things. Your microbiome deserves to feast as well, and we are going to teach you how to easily ferment foods at home so those little microbes can feast. You will also sit through pelvic floor and nutrition workshops to learn how to bloat less, poop better and keep your gut happy forever!

  4. You’re going to relax and reset. We picked Lindon house for a reason, there is nothing more nourishing that a poolside day with the girls.
